The NC Portable Toilet Group is a trade group for portable sanitation firms and related industries doing business in North Carolina.
Portable sanitation businesses, great and small, have joined together to protect their mutual interests in North Carolina.
The NC Portable Toilet Group was formed in 1994 by the businesses owning the majority of the portable toilet units in NC. These business owners desired to create a trade organization tailored to meet the current and future needs of portable sanitation firms, land application site operations, and related businesses.
The 21st century has brought changes in technology, revisions in regulations, and pressures on business profits. The NC Portable Toilet Group protects the legal and business interests of portable toilet businesses and their related operations in North Carolina.
The Portable Toilet Group conducts annual Educational Seminars at convenient locations across North Carolina. Members receive free admission to mandatory seminars and additional members-only workshops. Seminars provide mandatory training for portable sanitation firms.
Members receive email alerts regarding legislative, legal, tax, and regulatory issues.
As lobbyists in the NC General Assembly, Joe McClees and his wife, attorney Henri McClees, guard the rights of the members of the NC Portable Toilet Group.
